Sold me a car that could not pass emissions. Also told me all registration paperwork and title would be sent to me, 40 days later I called them and asked, was told it needed an emissions before it could be sent, I had to call them, tried and paid twice and still couldn't pass, then told to drop it off so they would do it,,, an hour and a half from my house. Ignorant dealership.

Lawyer Up!" I believe that the Sales Manager Sej at Iconic Auto Group intentionally & fraudulently misrepresented and sold me a *** M3. They are associated with Iconic Automotive and Performance. I asked to resolve the situation and they sent me their Lawyer's contact info and wouldn't call me back. They gave me a Carfax that reads ****** miles and "No Accidents". On the day I paid for the car the CarFax read that an accident was reported. I believe that Icon waited until the car was sold before they put in the insurance claim. I took it to a Certified *** mechanic, he stated "no way, probably more than double the mileage, needs $10k in mechanical repairs, plus it has replaced body parts/panels and repaints". When I insisted that Sej give me written proof of rod bearing replacements, he gave me a dubious Iconic Performance invoice showing that they did the supposed replaced the rod bearings. But records show that they were done previously by *** under the factory warrantee at ***** miles. ***** upon what my and the Tech's belief is that the milage was compromised along with multiple accidents, and now with a CarFax accident recorded, it's worth half of what I paid Iconic. "Lawyer Up!". PS: One Star was the only choice.PPS: I recommend that you do your homework, check all negative reviews, ***************** Instagram, Carfax, ******* ***** of **** Car Dealers, ******* **** ******* S.O.S., ******* BBB, NICB-******************************** ** -**** ******* Attorney General, Have the car Pre-Purchase Inspected (PPI) by a non-associated inspector. My advice is to stay away from "Iconic Auto".
