    We purchased a front door and installation from this company on the 20th January 2024. Upon completion the installation in early February 2024 we had numerous issues including the mis-alignment of the doors and large gaps through which there is visible daylight and airflow. We flagged these to the owner immediately who said the installers would return to address the problem. Through numerous visits over March and April they unable to fix the problem, and then claimed the issue stems from the front door being defective and warped. The installers advised i should contact the owner to ask for the door to be replaced.Upon contacting the owner he seemed initially open to replacing the door and asked us for measurements which we provided. He later changed his stance and advised he would not replace the door as it was installed several months ago. He said if the door was defective we should've contacted him sooner. Upon pointing out to him that we flagged issues with the door on the day of the install, he has since stopped communicating with us despite several attempts to contact and follow up with him.I have attached copies of the purchase invoice, pictures of the installation showing the gaps in the door, screenshots of messages from the owner where we raised the installation issues with him and followed up numerous times.
