    On Oct 11, 2023, Corey B******** of Corey's Homebuilding Sevice LLC, started an addition and partial remodel of our home. We have a contract with him stating the dollar amount and time line and services to be completed. The purpose of the remodel and addition was to make our home safer and handicap accessible. He repeatedly told us he would have the work completed in 6-10 weeks. He received he money he requested for the job, but has not completed any part of the job. Corey has been at our home only 3 days since the week before Christmas. Corey did not finish any room of the addition or remodel. He did not complete any of the outside work. He left our home in a complete mess as well as our outside in a complete mess and very dangerous condition. My husband has fallen inside and outside due to the faulty , dangerous and incomplete work. I have fallen outside, resulting in trips to doctors for xrays and injections. We have had to hire a plumber to complete our plumbing. This cost us Thousands of dollars because it was a mess! We hired a person who had to completely tear out the new handicap bathroom and redo the flooring, shower, and sheetrock as well has sink and toilet. This cost us $$$$. We have had to hire someone to come in and clean up the yard around our house that was left with broken concrete, construction debris, trash, and mounds of dirt. Again, this cost us $$$$. Our roof on the new addition is leaking. Corey was aware of this before he quit but would not repair. Corey didn't put insulation in the new addition. He told us he was doing blown insulation but he didn't. The electrical was not completed, The plumbing was not completed, the sheetrock was not completed, the painting was not completed inside or out. Virtually nothing was completed and most of the work perform is having to be redone. We are senior citizens who have limited funds, so this has hit us hard. ***** ***** ** * ****** ****** **** ** ******* ** ***** ***** **** *** **** *** ******
