    R&W Renovation representative Romeo W***** gave me an estimate on ******* 2023 for a complete bathroom remodel the original estimate was for $9,749.5 but after agreeing that I would buy material needed to complete the project Romeo drop the estimate to $7,60.35 and agree to take off addition money as I purchased material. I asked him for a contract which he gave me and signed for the amount of $7,097.5 but I didn’t sign due to not wanting to be obligated to pay the amount of the contract knowing that the price would go down as I purchased material. I paid Romeo $2,484.12 receipt# ********* on ******22, $2,560.11 Receipt # ********* on *****22 a total of $5,044.23. He left us without a functional bathroom and the item he did install was done incorrectly and he also damaged the item I purchased. Some items such as a LED light I purchased went missing that he was supposed to install. He left an open wire in my shower, installed my toilet, faucet, tub, and vanity cricket left a hole in my floor, and there is no running water to my vanity. He also did not complete my shower. All his measurements were off. When I told him I was not satisfied with the work and had a home inspection and another contractor come take a look both said the same thing that the bathroom must be completed redone and when I told Romeo he told me if I want him to correct his own work, I will have to pay him more money. That’s *****, more money than what was agreed upon and more money to fix what he messed up and more money to complete a project that he’s already been paid for. He doesn’t answer the phone, barely texts back and doesn’t care. I have tried several times to reason with him and get him to either come complete the job or give me a refund and he always sets appointments and doesn’t show up but make it clear that he comes it's for an estimate to fix what he installed incorrectly or simply ask for more money than originally agreed on.

    In ******** of 2022, I needed a bathroom redone due to a leak under the shower. It only made sense to redo the whole bathroom given the leak damaged most of the wood under the tile. I chose Romeo because he said he could do it for the price point and do it in under a week.

    In the beginning, Romeo was prompt in his responses. Once he got the job, not so much. What was supposed to take a week, took over a month. The renters went above and beyond accommodating Romeo and his crew. They used vacation leave to stay home and asked to work from home to be here for them. Once their time was up, and the bathroom was still not completed, we ended up having to take vacation time to come from ** and sit in the house. After the bathroom was finally “done”, the renters sent pics of what “done meant” to Romeo. . They had to come back out and fix some issues but not all. Here it is, not even 8 months later, and this is my second time reaching out to Romeo, who only responds if I text multiple times, for the same issue.

    The outstanding issues:
    -Grout in shower falling out (not fixed) THIS IS THE ONLY ONE I AM ASKING FOR HIM TO FIX.
    -Tiles in shower cut evenly. Done by Romeo himself (Not fixed)
    -Tile floor gaps (not fixed)
    -Hole in wall behind door (fixed)
    -Hole in wall in vanity (not fixed)
    -Vanity does not have "Marble" piece connecting wall and vanity (not fixed)
    -Hole in door trim (not fixed)
    -Shower tile does not have bullnose trim (not fixed)
    -Floor vent not cut but placed under wall trim (not fixed).
