This company had 3 Men moving clients from point A to Point B. These guys came in saying that they accept tips that's included in the moving price, we said ok and gave the lead man $100 and the other 2 $50 ea. I discovered that my furniture and other items were not wrapped, and or handled property. They were like 3 bulls in a china store. After the lead guy called back to their office, the price was then given to me , (cc had been given to office for securing and holding the moving date **** **, 2022) was told of the total for moving , I agreed to the price( even though my husband and I thought that the price was much higher than the lead mover told us , about $750. The lead mover then ask for a key to Point A (where we were moving from) so that they could go back for the household remaining items, I told them to go ahead, that I would be right behind them. When I arrived at Point A, the Master Mover Men were nowhere to be found. We waited and waited until we realized that we had been lied too. Called the office of Master Movers the next day and spoke with the Owner of the company, told the lady what had occurred with the move along with the different items that I had discovered that were either broken , ripped/cut , chipped. Dresser drawers misaligned/ off track. Talking with the owner got me nowhere, then I had to pay someone else to moved the remaining items and boxes of clothes to my new address. Because the items were not moved, they were put outside of Point A( the old address) This has been a Hell and Back move. My husband then had a ****** and ************ and now remains in a *****, all of this ordeal because of a Horrible, Horrible move that put a lot of pressure and unnecessary stress onto 2 seniors, ages ** & **. WE WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS FARSE OF A MOVING COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL INFORM OTHERS OF THIS ORDEAL AND NOT TO USE THEM ..I PAID THEM $1090.00..
