Tyler G*** of Thriving Booking Group (Previously Tyler Gill Media Agency) is a scam. He's a slick talker and seems to have social proof but it's all smoke and mirrors.

Tyler DM'd me on **; and upon first phone contact, he insisted I make a payment via ***** or **** *** right there in order to get a 5 month promo deal for the premiere package. I paid half; and he insisted he was not stuck on money but my “purpose” — all sounded good. I gave him required info, and didn’t hear from him for several weeks. This should have been a red flag but thought he would be more attentive once I made full payment. He finally contacted me when I sent a message stating I was looking to pay the remainder. He said his "team" was trying to reach me but had the wrong number (despite having already successfully texted me). I then completed the payment thinking communication would be better— it wasn’t. The next day I received a call from him thinking he would talk about my placement but he only contacted me to ask for more money. He said in order for outlets to book me, I needed to pay for the pricier platinum package to retain him longer ( which made no sense b/c why would you offer a 5 month premiere package if it wasn’t sufficient). Nevertheless, I gave him money $200 towards the package with the intention of paying the rest. He called me again the same night requesting another $100 (which felt really creepy) b/c apparently outlets needed me to pay $100 that very night to ensure I would retain him, despite having already paid for the premiere package.

The bottom line is the only time Tyler got in touch with me was to get money. The next day I sent him an email letting him know I will stick with the premiere package until I see some work on his end, and have heard nothing from him since then. Now I’m out of $1000 I didn’t have in the first place. Do not do business with this person.

I hired Tyler Tyler Gill Media Agency on *****/2023. I signed a 5 month contract with him, However, I was sent a scam alert since then and was told to look into it. I found that the Tyler Gill Media website had been shut down and all social media accounts have been closed. I even had an appointment scheduled for *****/23, but he never verified and never called. I tried calling instead and both telephone numbers have been disconnected. He has turned out to be a scammer! He failed to follow through.

On **** * I signed with this media agency and they sent me an email of all these dates and appearances I would have by choosing them. I paid $800 for 3 months. Then the owner called me and said he was working on all these appearances but I needed to sign with them for a full year to get them. I explained I only wanted to try out for a few months and see if they could help me with my PR and the appearances they emailed me in the initial consultation after I signed for the 3 months. The owner was adamant that the companies wanted to work with me but because I hadn't signed an agreement for a year they didn't want to work with me because some of the events were reoccurring. So I paid the additional money to sign with them for a year. $1500 total. They provided a contract and said I would have weekly appointments to follow up on the progress and bookings. After I provided them the money they refused to schedule an appointment. I called and emailed and they have ignored me. I sent a final email last week requesting a follow up call again or a refund because nothing had been done, booked, no communication for weeks and still no reply. I want my $1500 back and to report them for taking money without providing services and not complying to their part of the contract which says they will have weekly meetings and follow ups.
