    DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS.
    We ordered parts for Buffer machine. The referred us to another company to find the part needed. After talking to the second company we called Cleaning Stuff back with the part number. Ordered it and tried to apply to machine. We called Cleaning Stuff back and told them it was the wrong part. Cleaning stuff said they told us they didn't think the part was the right one; which they never told us, the customer, that. We did not receive the FULL price we paid after we returned said part. They deducted the shipping and we had to PAY for shipping to return the product. There wasn't any explanation about why we didn't receive the full refund AND had to pay our own shipping to return the product. We will NOT be doing business with this company anymore. Buyer beware. They may be a small business but not the integrity level that we want to be asssociated with.

    Dear Mrs. P*****,
    The Cleaning Stuff team had many phone calls with you and Mr. P***** on 5/30/2023 to determine if we had the correct part for a floor buffer. Our associate offered to send Mr. P***** a parts list for the machine, which he declined. Our associate, monitored by another associate, notified Mr. P***** that the part that would fit his floor buffer was on backorder with the manufacturer. According to the parts list, the part he was ordering would not fit his machine. Mr. P***** called the machine manufacturer to discuss the part needed. Mr. P***** admitted the part he was ordering did not look like the part on his machine but proceeded to order this part with Next Day Air shipping. Upon receiving the part, you called and requested a Return Authorization on 6/1/2023. Cleaning Stuff immediately issued a Return Authorization. The Return Authorization included the amount of credit that would be applied, which included the Next Day Air Shipping Charges. Your company did not respond to the Return Authorization and instead created a Chargeback with your Credit Card company. Cleaning Stuff responded to the Chargeback. The bank reversed the Chargeback and refunded Cleaning Stuff the amount of the Chargeback.
    After the Chargeback was reversed, your company returned the merchandise, and Cleaning Stuff credited your account. As the return authorization stated, your company was responsible for the return shipping.
