    If I could give a zero star rating I would. This company is dishonest and takes advance of its customers. I do not recommend Mom's ********************** ****************** We had a dishonest transaction with them. My sweet husband had scheduled a one time appointment to have our house cleaned as a surprise Mothers Day Gift to me. However, when I found out, I panicked as the service was not something we could afford in our budget. When he called to have the appointment cancelled, he was quoted $40 for a cancellation fee. I understand and get a cancellation fee especially a last minute cancellation like we were doing. However by the end of it all, an $100 charge showed up on our credit card. When I called the company to inquire about the fee, I was given a run around. Im sure they do excellent work, but the little interaction I had with them, I do not recommend them at all.The best part of my whole ordeal with Mom's Helping ***************** is that the appointment was made at 7 PM at night and cancelled 12.5 hours later!! Cancelled at 7:30 the very next morning. They charged my credit card hours after the cleaning was supposed to be finished completely NOT ok!!
