    My issue is with *****************************, crystal repair business.On October 6th, **** acknowledged receipt of three crystal glasses to have chips repaired, One, a ********* crystal whiskey glass which I purchased in ******* in **** and is part of a set I planned to pass down to my son this Christmas. Several times she has told me that she is working on them and will send me picture, but none have arrived. She ignores my pleas for information in spite of my constant requests for updates. I live in ******** and she in ******* so I have no recourse.

    On November 9, 2021 I mailed a ********* crystal **** to **** so she could repair a chip and to date have not been able to reach her. She has not responded to my numerous phone calls or e-mails. When I initially contacted her she stated the repair would be completed in three weeks it has now been over 8 months. This crystal **** is a family heirloom and I would like it back whether it has been repaired or not. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.Sincerely,*******************************

    Dear ***********************-******;

    ***************************** finally contacted me almost 9 months after I sent her the Waterford Crystal bell.  I sent her a check for $80 on July 28, **** which covered the repair and return postage.  **** indicated she would place the bell in the mail today, August 3, 2022.  I will let you know if I received the bell.

    Thank you so much for your assistance and even though you were not able to speak with **** she did know you attempted to contact her and she just choose to ignore your calls
