    In 2021 I asked them for an estimate to replace my fence they gave me an estimate ******* I said ok. They came and only replaced the front and sides of my property, I was told by the installer that he was only supposed to install the front and sides of my property not the fence on the back of my property. That was what the contract said and I had signed it. I couldn't understand the measurements and footage so I had just assumed that they were replacing the whole fence because that is what I asked them to do. The following year a post rotted on the back fence i asked the local handyman it cost me ****** due to the price of wood during Covid, the next year another post rotted and two panels fell, that on!y cost me 200. He just used 2 by 4 to prop it up. So Apex fence should of replaced my whole fence.??? 2025 I ca!l around for estamtes, I also called Apex, thought I wou!d gets deal because I am an existing customer. **** had the lowest estimate, Im thinking i am getting a deal ******* . i signed tbe contract...They came and installed it and I get half a fence again. ?? My back fence is L shaped, so again I assumed they would replace the whole thing, nope only the top part of the *** was installed they didn't I close the bottom part?? Now it is going to cost me 800 more. Apparently this is how they roll, you think your getting good price , when you ask for an estamate , it is not for the whole job only part of it . I hope people learn from this since I didnt.
