    I've actually built twice with Precision Custom Homes! I was setting out to build in early 2020 but when Covid hit I was concerned about my job and built my home in two different stages. I'm sure Precision didn't really want to do that but they were gracious enough to build my 3-car garage with a small apartment above it first so I could live on my land. In 2023 I finally felt confident to complete the rest of the build and Precision once again provided a pleasant building experience. Their team was great! Communication was excellent and even the administrative part of building a home was pretty streamlined. Building a custom home isn't for the faint-of-heart so be sure to bring your patience and hone your decision making skills. Precision has a great group of sub-contractors and my site supervisor was awesome. Precision as a business is top notch but what makes a business really stand out is the people. They are a family run business and are genuinely some of the nicest people I've ever met. Thank you Precision for making my dream house a reality!

    Precision Custom Homes has built a beautiful, quality custom home for me in the mountains. I cannot say enough good things about the Precision team trustworthy, dedicated to their jobs, exceptional communication, great folks to work with. The initial process of picking out all allowances was daunting at first but I quickly realized that it was a critical piece of the build to keep Precision and me on track. Any delays were due to vendor supply issues but work continued as best it could. ***, ****, *****, Tad and ******** were always responsive to my questions. And ***************** so knowledgeable and patient. As my project manager, *** was always quick to respond to my questions, concerns and changes. He helped me make lots of decisions that were spot-on. Thank you Precision Team!

    We moved from Dallas ******* to ****** *******. Out of several builders in the ******* county area we choose Precision Custom Homes. Precision provided a list of clients that we were welcome to speak to, this along with the reviews we read helped us make or decision. We already had our property and *** came out, walked the property and provide input on placement of the house.The build went faster than the proposed timeline and we moved in three months ahead of schedule. We appreciated the process provided by Precision Custom Homes for us to follow. This ensured that all our features and fixtures where here when needed, not causing any delays in on the build. If there was anything we wanted changed, the change process used was beneficial for all parties. Everyone on the team was very professional, and attentive to our needs. The quality and craftsmanship of our home is exceptional and we continually receive compliments on it. We love our new home and would recommend Precision Custom Homes to anyone looking for a dependable, high quality contractor.
