    This company did flooring in my ho me and it needs to be replaced due to poor workmanship and quality This has been since October 2024 The floor is cracked and chipping. I have contacted them numerous times and spoke with the owner and also the project director and they acknowledge that they will come out and fix for the past 7 months and they haven't. When I consistently call I get false promises The floor is now a safety hazard As a senior citizen and disabled this is becoming dangerous.I will need them to do corrective action asap or give me my money back of $10k.i have text messages from the project director as proof of communication that he would fix the issue but nothing has occurred.

    The customer reached out to our company regarding issues with her flooring approximately 11 months after installation.  We agreed that there should not be any issue with the flooring.  We first responded by attempting to repair the flooring as it seemed to be breaking in certain areas.  The repairs did not last as the flooring was breaking at the snap lock area.  After determining that this was not a workmanship issue, our company sent off the necessary information to the manufacturer.  Unfortunately that took a while, but we reached out to keep her informed and took her calls as often as needed to let her know that we were trying to get the whole flooring covered so that we could tear out and reinstall a different flooring.  The claim was approved by the manufacturer and she has been assigned a project manager from our company to handle her project. The check from the manufacturer was literally received today that will cover the labor and materials and AYS is actually going to put the additional cost in for an upgraded flooring so that she will not have the same issue occur again.  Her new project manager has already reached out to her and has scheduled a meeting with her in order to choose the flooring that will be best for her.  Upon her choosing, we will be purchasing the new flooring, tearing out the old and replacing with the new upgraded flooring which we hope will be beautiful and last for years to come!
