    I am writing to file a complaint against No Mold Atlanta regarding their warranty work on my property. Despite having a warranty on the work completed, there are still outstanding issues that have yet to be addressed. The original work to remediate mold in my crawlspace was completed on 02/02/2018, but the mold has returned and is now covering a large portion of my crawlspace ceiling. The contract included a 10 year warranty on the services performed. We are trying to recover the $2,485.00 paid for the service or have the mold remediate properly.Attempts to resolve this issue with No Mold Atlanta over the past two months have been unsuccessful. Interactions were positive at first, with the first email sent on 03/12/23 and I was promised a visit to my house to assess the situation. But this still hasnt happened as of 05/10/23. Their current lack of response is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. As a client, I have the right to expect the work to be completed to the required standard and for any issues that arise due to negligence or improper workmanship to be addressed promptly.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
