    Horrible customer service! So I got contacts and glasses for my son. No one called to even let me know the glasses were ready. I had to call myself! When I went to pick up the glasses, most of the employees were sitting at a table looking at pictures on a phone. Provided no customer service. When I asked about my sons Contacts, was told its going to be a two month wait for them. They knew there were delays however, made customers pay for stuff and did not inform them. I wouldve gladly went to American Best and got contacts. I was told the owner *****, will call me , til this day, I received no call.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  The store address is Pearle Vision *************************************110, Canton, ** *****. When I paid, they said the $100 was for a class and the contacts will be in 2 weeks. Then fail to disclose it will be months. I want my $100 back.

    I dont know why the messages was sent here, I wrote the message to the corporate office located in **********. The company actually responded and wanted to know the location of the Pearle vision it happened so they can give me my money back why is it wasting time here?
