      I have never dealt with a business that is so poor at getting a product out or even responding to phone calls or emails. We purchased , paid for, a play set on May 10th, 2023 and as of June 13th, 2023, still havent received it. We purchased through Menards and the play set was supposed to be in our ************* ******** Menards store by May 26th, 2023. I have called and emailed this company several times and have gotten absolutely no response either way. The general manager of our Menards store decided he would prefer to refund our money as hes not confident in this company either. He was able to contact the company but was given a run a round. I do not recommend this company if youre looking for a play set. We have 12 grandchildren and were hoping to have a new play set for them before the snow flies again! Very very disappointed with this company!! Poor customer service!!
