12/24/22 ***** the representative provided unacceptable customer service. I kept calling him to explain what he did because when I looked at the area he spoked about that he repaired there was nothing in that spot.I called him repeatedly to explain what the charge was for because it clearly was different than what he charged. **** called and left messages repeatedly since December and there has been no response. This may not be related to my complaint, but I want people to know he left damage to my ceiling entrance that he failed to mention to me. I told him and he said he gave me a few dollars off but that did not cover the damage.I am requesting a billing adjustment of $50.00 and an explanation because what he said he fix doesn't exist..

    Dear customer
I am not sure why I never got any message from you. Thats highly unusual at our office however, I apologize. I have researched your invoice and spoken to ***** about it. He had very good recall due to the fact he was the only plumber on call for the entire company during an unprecedented weather event on Christmas Eve, he had worked 18 hours straight. You had a freeze break on an old, abandoned, humidifier line, that no longer worked, at the time you stated you didnt even know it was up there. Your ceiling was saturated from the leak, and when he cut into it for access to the leak, it fell apart. This is a very normal routine happening with those kinds of leaks. He removed the abandoned line  and capped off the water source, so it would not continue to leak into your home, when he was coming out of your attic and trying to reach the ladder. He pulled loose a piece of the trim on the attic opening. This is what the $66 discount on your invoice was for, not the ceiling that was damaged by your freeze break that caused your sheet rock to be soaked with water. Im sorry but we cannot justify any further compensation. I hope this gives you a better understanding of what happened.
