      I had my children's photos taken in 2019 at *************************** by the company named Portraits U.S.A. LLC and I have yet to receive my phots I have contacted the numbers given by the photographer named ********* that took their photos and I have even contacted the store ******* where the photos were taken and yet have received the photos and all I want is my photos that were taken

      without more details we can only assume this customer did not show up on her expected return to view date. Usually anyone that does not pick up their order and view any additional to purchase items is contacted several times to either revisit the location if accessible or video chat so that any items can be sent for a shipping fee of $10 if no other items are purchased. After this amount of time we will need to look into our archive systems and see if we can locate these images to have reprinted up for the customer we will contact her through her email and phone number supplied here and see how we can resolve this for her.
