    ***** jumped in with a simple call. His crew was out same day and found the issue in minutes. Permanent repair was made two days later. He is a man of his word!!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with **** from Painless Roofing and Water Restoration, LLC. From the start, **** was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the claim process with patience and clarity. We were scheduled quickly, and to our amazement, the new roof was completed before 4 PM the same day. The entire experience was outstanding. The cost was very reasonable, and the clean-up was thorough. Our new roof looks fantastic, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services.

    Roofing and Water Restoration - ******************* and Quality Work We recently bought our first house, which was both exciting and overwhelming. On top of that, we decided to tackle renovations. Knowing we couldn't do it ourselves, we set out to find a reliable vendor, and we couldn't have been luckier with Painless Roofing and Water Restoration. We found Painless Roofing through our old neighbor ******, who also managed our project.The house did not have enough light, and we wanted to open things up to make it more modern. Painless Roofing took on this challenge and exceeded our expectations. Here's what they did:1. **************: Removed two posts. Rerouted electrical wiring from one of the posts through the floor. Flattened and modernized the island with putty and dry-wall work.2. Expanding floorplan: Removed two doors (one from the master bedroom and one from the living area). Extended the slab by driving in new rebar and pouring new concrete. Added and framed a sliding glass door. Added accent lighting in the ceiling, turning height differences into a feature.3. New Flooring: Installed 10mm waterproof laminate throughout the house. Laid plush carpet in the master bedroom and the main office.Painless Roofing did high-quality work and made our house feel like a home. Throughout the process, ****** and the entire team kept us informed and explained all our options. They were fair in their pricing and respected our budget. The constant communication, including pictures and explanations of what was required for permits, was especially appreciated. We definitely recommend them to others and have already referred them to family members. We will undoubtedly hire them for any future work on our home.

    Painless Roofing and Water Restoration recently completed a project at our home, and we couldnt be more pleased with the results. They constructed a beautiful roof over our deck, added a well-designed stairway to our lower level, and handled the wiring for impressive lighting, a fan, and a TV. The tongue-and-groove ceiling they installed is stunning and showcases their attention to detail and quality ************** wife and I were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, the skill of their team, and how enjoyable the entire process was. It was a pleasure working with such a dedicated and talented group.     I chose to look into Painless Roofing after I saw one of their trucks go by my house in ******* ATL. I researched them and saw good reviews and good standing with the BBB. I called them and spoke to **** who was responsive and outside of a delay in scheduling because of Hurricane ******, **** was prompt and managed to come assess our roof within a week. 4 or 5 shingles had come loose on our 5 yr old roof because, as **** explained, the original roofers had shot their nails high on those particular shingles. He jumped into action and fixed the roof himself AT NO CHARGE. Without a doubt, I will be partnering with Painless Roofing for any future roofing needs.
