    My business, Earth Odyssey, contracted with FOGO Solutions for one year for a number of digital marketing services at a rate of $1,000/month. After six months, there were many promised services listed within that had not been conducted. The representative that handled my account was adversarial and unresponsive in a timely manner. I sought resolution through the owner of the company **** *********. He assured me he would make it right and complete the agreed upon services within the contract and that he would take over the promised monthly check-ins with me to review services that had been completed for the month. We had a phone meeting in September 2024 and I have not heard from since. I sent emails in October and November 2024 with no response. I changed passwords to all of my accounts that they had access to in December and also no one reached out. They have not performed any services since the end of September/Beginning of October and are still charging me. Attached are my emails and a statement of outstanding debt. I am seeking the cancellation of the debt as my contract is now expired and no services have been performed since said time and they have not responded to my emails.

After careful consideration, we have mutually agreed to part ways and, as a gesture of goodwill, we will waive the final three months of the signed contract. In light of this agreement, we respectfully request that Earth Odyssey removes the corresponding review, reflecting our amicable resolution. We wish Earth Odyssey continued success in their endeavors.
