02/09/2023 $22.46 I bought a nicotine vape this morning, understanding there are no refunds. The cashier had me try it in store, which was odd because she never asked me the multiple times Ive been in before, and it worked fine in store. As soon as I left it was misfiring and thats very hazardous. Understanding they dont do refunds, I went back in after work and asked if I could get a replacement. The cashier (no longer the woman) said yes thats fine and had me try several other different vapes that were giving the same hazards. The woman popped up behind the counter and yelled at me stating Im not allowed to try all the flavors (I wasnt trying to) and then proceeded to tell the man to charge me for the replacement they said they would give me. I said I would take the broken product BACK that they originally gave me, and they would no longer have my business. As I was PHYSICALLY DRIVING out of the parking lot her no more than 4-year old daughter ran in-front of my MOVING vehicle and I had to brake hard. The woman proceeded to walk out of the store like nothing was wrong, and tried to speak to me. I asked her to keep her daughter away from my vehicle so I could leave. I then proceeded to leave while keeping an eye on the child to make sure she wouldnt run infront of my vehicle again. She put her daughter in danger for no reason. Also, this business has been selling products to customers that are WELL passed the expiration dates, as well as over-charging already priced products. A man before me in line was told his 2 $4 packs of cigarettes were $13 dollars. It shouldnt have been so expensive, as they were listed for $4/pack plus tax (around $10.50 after tax). The man in front of me told them, and they proceeded to tell him it wasnt the right price on the pack, though I know he had been in just the day before and paid no more than $11. This business either needs to be shut down due to their negligence, or renovated with all new staff. This is pathetic.
