    I went to this business on October 31 and after waiting for an hour i was seen by the ophthalmologist. He updated my eye glass prescription. Since it took so long to see the doctor i opted to take my prescription to another provider. When I checked out I was told that they couldnt give me the prescription right then but would need to email it to me. I thought this was very strange as this is not what I have experience from other eye doctors over the years. The lady ask for my email and said she would email later that day. After waiting a week I didnt receive i sent an email requesting. I still didn't get a response so I sent another email but still no response. So I called and spoke with someone. I ask could she send and she said they were busy. She ask me to hold and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with someone else asking for the prescription she said they had a new system, I was told she would send it the next day. Which didn't happen. The following day I received a weird message but still not the prescription some type of login. I called again with no success and sent another email still no success. This company is billing me for an eye appointment but refuses to send me the prescription so I can order glasses.
