    If I could give thIs Pearle Vision in Carrolton GA ZERO STARS ?? I WOULD. In December of 2024 I go there to get my eyes examined and to order new lenses for my Oakley frames that I already have. I figured Id save money since I wanted to use the same frame. So Iuse my eye insurance to cover the cost of the lenses. The desk consultant tells me that there would be a $35 cost to cover of replacing the frame if the technician broke the frames. I thought that was odd that I would have pay insurance for coverage of the frame that I did not brake. About the third week I received a call from PV saying the frames had indeed been broken. And that if I sent them pictures of the frame I was currently wearing that they could replace the frame using my 2024 insurance claim. So I gladly sent them pictures of the frames I was currently wearing. Spending forward When I went to pickup the frames, all they had was the lenses to replace the ones in the glasses that I was wearing no new frame at all. When I reminded the desk consultant of our conversation on the phone she completely denied lying that she had me send her pictures of the frame I was to replace the ones broken. Im sure Im not the first ****** that this has happened to, but I want to file a complaint against this Pearle Vision located at ************************************************************.
