    Contract Breach - I want a refund from this company. A Plus Wildlife Control Contract guarantees a 5 (five) year warranty for squirrel re-entry. *************************, agent with A Plus Wildlife Control provided ********** services for Full Exclusion. The initial work performed September 19, 2023, I paid one half of contract amount $775.00. September 26, ************************* returned to finish the service I paid balance $700.00. On October 13 I contacted ************************* via Text to advise of squirrel re-entry. After weeks of calls and text messages ******* responded October 21, saying he didnt have a text from me, I screenshot the text message then sent to him. October 30 I requested appointment, ******* responded youre on Tuesday November 4, ******* did not keep appointment- no show, no call. Per my documentation Ive called & text continuously and to date have not received a response.

    Mr. * began the work on July 28th, 2022, from 9:40 am to 1:00 pm. I paid him in full, the amount of $877.50. According to the contract, he committed to: 1) *eal off points of entry 2) *et traps and later remove them 3) Remove and dispose of animal waste 4) *anitize all areas with D*V. The nature of this dispute is that Mr. * did not complete all of the obligations of his contract. On the 28th, he sealed off points of entry. He claimed to have put down traps although I didn't personally witness this. He has yet to pick up traps, remove/dispose of animal waste and sanitize all areas. From August 2022 to January 2023 there have been many attempts made on my part to set dates and times for him to finish the work. Most of the time he didn't respond at all. On a few occasions he agreed on dates, but never a specific time. And when the dates came, my attempts to contact him went unanswered, (included texts and emails will verify this). In my last email, I asked Mr. * to complete the work by the end of December, 2022 or issue me a refund for half of what I've paid him. My request was ignored, he responded by texts on December 31, 2022 and January 3,2023 with new possible dates to do the work. Considering his past history of setting dates and not showing up, I texted him that I still wanted a refund. He replied in a text that he could not refund me money for the work he hasn't finished. I have been patient throughout this process. Due to the fact that he has failed to complete the job in a timely manner, I am still asking for a partial refund to resolve this matter.

    We have reached out to *************** for several months to schedule the final visit that includes a dropping clean up and sanitize. She has not returned any phone calls, texts or emails. Contacting her has been an ongoing issue. We would love to come complete our final trip. **************** if you read this please reach out to me directly at ************.

    On January 5, 2023 I got an email response from ************** after he received my December 26, 2022 email, stating that I wanted a partial refund for the work he had not done. He refused to give me a refund (see added screenshots).  I haven't heard anything else from him until recently.   On April 4, 2023 I received a text message followed by an email with the same message, that he has been reaching out to me (which is not true).

    ************** has had ample time (over 6 months) to complete the work.  Because of repeated failures to communicate and not showing up when agreeing to, I do not trust him to finish the job he started.  Please refer to the multiple texts and emails I provided in my original complaint that prove this.  I am still requesting a partial refund for the work he has not done.

    partial refund has been issued.

    1) As you can see from my previous texts and emails, I have not ignored ************** since November.

    2) I could afford the job and ************** was paid in full ($877.50). Please see new attachments.

    3) I asked him for a partial refund for work that has not been done.

    4) I have not received a partial refund from him.

    Whether he has me confused with another customer or he's outright lying, I am completely unsatisfied with his response.

    We signed a contract in March 2022 with ******* of A Plus wildlife service. Our contract includes an exclusion for rodent infestation, removing live rodents (with a 3 year guarantee), and replacing the moisture barrier in the crawlspace. ******* did not complete the ***************, which we were charged $500 for. He has ignored our requests for a refund so I am filing this complaint.
