  Called around to get prices to get my septic tank pumped out. Decided to hire company that quoted me $325. I called the wrong business,******* Plumbing,but was told by the office staff,******,that they could do it for the $325. I asked,"Are you sure?"and was told"Yes". She told me they would come later that day. When they arrived, I showed them where the tank lid could be located. They dug in wrong location and I redirected them to the correct spot. They pumped the tank out and as they were putting the tops back in place, I saw dirt falling into the tank. I asked about it and was told that it would fall to bottom of tank. Was told it would take approx. 10 days to refill. My husband and I redug the openings back up to check on water level. It was 2 weeks since having it pumped and the water level was back up. I could see that the scum layer with dirt was still there. Made appt with a different septic *** to come and pump it out again. Our water level in tank looked off to me so I called ******* Plumbing and talked to ***. *** said he would really like to look at the water level because he had never seen inlet side water level higher than outlet side. I informed him that I would cancel my appt so he could see it for himself. When *** came later that day, They brought a laser level and showed us that it was an optical illusion and that the water level was the same on both sides of tank. He gave us a price and also told us how we could fix the issue. At this point, I tried to address the issue of the scum and dirt from original job. The issue was brushed aside and told all was well. Weeks later due to weather and fixing a different issue on outside of septic tank, I tried to blast the scum layer with hose but it didn't budge. I looked up how septic tanks were cleaned/pumped out and realized they hadn't done a complete job. Tried talking with the owner. He continually put me down and made false accusations over the phone. I just want my septic tank pumped out correctly.

  Good Morning, 

  We are so sorry we weren't able to come to a resolution with you after multiple conversations. We tried numerous times to walk you through a solution due to the fact you did not want to pay to have the work done. Although we have a very powerful pump truck due to the large amount of solids in the tank we could not remove all the solids. However, this does not affect the operation of the tank. The job was completed correctly.
