    On 3/6/24 my card was charged $3k down on a vehicle that I didnt agree to purchase (I didnt even get a chance to test drive the car) Leaving the car lot I noticed the transmission jerking I had to get home because I had to get kids off the bus. The very next morning I went back begged him to keep $500 but to take car back the owner said no and assured me that if the car broke down he would have it fixed. Well on April 4th I attempted to go from a stop sign that was on a slight hill and the car went a few feet then stalled out not grabbing the gear not continuing to move and was almost hit by another vehicle because of the car stopping. This car is not safe to drive at all I dropped off the car to be seen about and now Im without a vehicle Ive made my payments on time (2) paying a total of $3500.00 for a car that I didnt authorize payment on! I told the owner that I was gonna go to the bank and see what was going on with my card and the owner said to let him see my card for $500 but instead he ran it for $1k and immediately after he charged it $1k he charged it another $2k. I only gave him permission to charge for $500 but I didnt think it would work. It did work and he never charged what he had permission to do. I would never purchase a vehicle with out test driving it first! My paperwork I have from the dealership where it says seller signed and seller printed name its not at all the same name: My concern is the safety of my family and being able to get my mother to the doctors she has to go to that Ive had to pay people to give us a ride to because I was to scared to drive the impala. I DO NOT WANT WANT TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON A *** THAT HAS HAD MAJOR REPAIRS THE *** DOESNT EVEN HAVE AC. The car is not at all worth $11,034.09 and is not at all the type of vehicle I had in mind to purchase. Please help me. When I call the car lot the lady hangs up on me. I feel trapped.

    We had actually reached out to the customer and addressed all the issues a day before this claim was filed. Our company spent over $1000.00 to satisfy the customer complaints,eventhough most of the repairs were not covered under warranty.We have sucessfully been in business for past 27 years and run a ethical operation, thus go far and beyond to assist and satisfy our customers.The complaint was actually filed from someone other than the customer herself and the customer has also reached out to you guys stating the fair resolution.

    If needed we can provide necessary invoices to prove her repairs were perofrmed to her satisfaction.

    I'm glad that ******************* kept their word on the repairs the car is still doing the same stop movement it was doing. I talked to ********************* they said take it back to their shop. I need a safe car. And especially the amount for the car I'm paying double the value. When going up a hill of any sort from a stopping point it doesn't want to go into 2 nd gear. I've told them they send me to their shop. I would like a different car that's it. But I was given the word from the owner of ********************* after a few more payments I can trade it. That is if the car I have now makes it that long. I'm trying to trust the ********************* crew. We got off on the wrong start. But I'm trusting and hoping to have a good business relationship with *********************

     And do thank them for keeping their word. If only their gibe me more of a safer car to drive.

    As responded in my  earlier email we had all the issues taken care before a day before even she filed this complaint.She has also responded verifying the repairs have been taken care of to her satisfaction.
