      I set my account up on auto payments with two forms of payment online. I was not getting the calls, and I thought the email I received said that auto payment was set to come out, so I didn't worry about bill not being paid. Then I got home water was off and I knew I set it up on auto pay. It said my card was expired and I know it was not because I used the same card to pay the bill in full the girl who answered the phone was rude and said they are not going to reverse the $50 charge as if I've always been a client to not pay my bill. I asked if they had a way to set up a checking account to make sure this never happens again the girl said no, and they would not refund the $50 fee on an honest mistake then said now we have to go back out there and turn it on. I two toddlers this is the worst COMPANY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED WHEN I SAY HORRIBLE, I MEAN HORRIBLE!!! THEY DON'T LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY ARE RUDE!!! We need another option for water because this company is not on, I recommend!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

      This company is charging members service fees for services that they, admittedly, have not completed. A $50.00 service charge is applied to your account even if the bill is paid prior to open on the day of disconnection. Example, disconnection was set for 12/12/2023. The company opens at 9:00AM. The bill, late fees included, was paid at 7:00AM. The company dispatched the technician to disconnect the services after 10:00AM stating that a service fee would need to paid for reconnection. Several families, already facing financial hardship, are incurring these fees and there is no service being performed. Upon asking why the service fee was added of the bill was paid before anyone was dispatched to the location, the **** **** simply stated "well they were on their way, so you have to pay the fee". I reiterated that no one was on the way as the company had not opened to even dispatch a worker, he stated "well that's the way I've done for years". He is using the fact that water is an everyday necessity to scam families out of money they already don't have.

      Was Charge a 50 reconnect fee for service never being turned of she said its policy for them to charge you 50 dollars if your bill is not paid before 5 oclock but service was never turned off
