Beware of the "antique" store. The owner is rude and does not understand customer service. I bought silver earrings that broke the very next day. I gave them back for the vendor to fix via a note. In the interim I picked another pair, because sign said no returns. I told lady I would bring the 2nd pair back for the fixed ones. 1 week later I returned to do the exchange. Owner knew nothing about the situation, which I had to explain. No refund. Won't let me talk to the vendor, EVEN though I said I still want the original ones so I can fix them. She will not let me have them I had to pick a different, less desirable pair. She is rude and completely uncaring about her customers. I'll never go back!

As our signs posted within the store as well as on our receipts say All sales final no returns, refunds or exchanges. We have 30+ vendors that sell Antique, Vintage, Collectable (used items). This customer purchased an excellent working condition pair of vintage earrings from a vendor returning with them broken. As our policy states no returns or exchanges the cashier clearly went above and beyond to contact the vendor and in turn the vendor gave the opportunity for the customer to choose another pair which she did. A few days later she came in while I (the store owner) was back from vacation to ask if I repaired her earrings? My response was I am not a jewler I don't do repairs here. I thought maybe she was in the wrong store. She tried to explain but when she said she was issued another pair that she didn't like I asked her for her name and phone number so I could call the vendor to find out exactly what occurred. I talked to the vendor that explained to me that though it is not our policy she let the customer pick out another pair. I told the vendor the customer wanted to speak to her about the broken pair the vendor said no thank you she got another pair that was against our policy already she could no longer help her and would not issue a refund. I sent the customer a text regarding the vendors answer she then proceeded to text me vulgar names, called me a *****, and told me she would be contacting the BBB. I told her I am sorry but the vendor already went against our policy and issued another pair so this matter would have to be over. The customer then continued to text me I then informed her I would be saving the text as they were quite harassing incase I would need to seek Police/Court intervention if she didn't stop. I did not answer any text after that and ended our correspondence. I feel she is wrong and in fact we did not need to issue another pair as per our policy and we do greatly care for our customers. We have never had anything like this occur in our 4.5 years at our location.
