    we had our driveway paved last sept and a week after the driveway started coming up i contacted ****** an let them know it was coming up i places we had a year contract that would fix these problems well it too 6 months to get ****** to send someone out to fix it he did not come and even check out the problem his self he sent his 16 year old son to do his work well the driveway is worse than it was and the county was called from the mess left in the county road " we had to clean up " i have been tiring to get them to come back and fix what was not fixed in the first place but now ****** and his wife ***** refuse to fix their mess BEWARE P.S I attached as you can see this is not 3" and that is what ****** is promising

    On 10-15-2022 the above company paved an asphalt driveway for us at the above address in ******, **. ****** was our contact and the owner of the company. He requested $17,500 cash to do the driveway and we paid him that amount at the end of the day when the job was completed. A couple weeks later we noticed the asphalt crumbling in several places and I sent them an email on 11/20/2022 asking ****** to send someone out to look and repair the areas. It seemed if it continued, we would have gravel and pot holes in these areas very soon. On 11/30/2022 he answered and wanted to see some photos. He didnt think it looked like a problem and said when they were in our area he would stop by and look. He mentioned seal coating it and I said we were waiting for this to be fixed first. On 12/12/2022 I contacted him by letter stating the driveway is deteriorating more and I have not heard from him. I said I would get somebody else to repair it if I didnt hear back from him and send hm the bill. On 12/21/2022 ****** sent me an email after receiving the letter stating if I had it repaired by someone else the bill would be totally on me. He said he will handle it accordingly and he was sorry it is not as soon as I would like. I waited until after the holidays and sent another email on 1/9/2023 stating it had been 90 days and he still hasnt come to even look at the issue. He responded that it is winter time and no asphalt plants were working at the time. He again said he would replace it and it would be fixed. The disrespectfully said that he was sorry he couldnt do it on Christmas day! It would be fixed on schedule with other things going on. When we contracted him I specifically asked if they worked in our area and he said that was no problem.I am having a hard time even getting anybody to give me a quote to repair it. Several have told me it was an inferior job and need to be replaced!! After $17,500!!!! In our 70s we feel as if we were taken advantage of & still are!!
