    I am rejecting this response because:

    Ive sought council and will not make any decisions at this time. We are currently putting together a formal request for the following documents:

    Copy of sales contract

    -review all claims to proper machine testing in sales contract by Camaster

    Proof testing was completed

    Stinger 1 SR24 arrived defective and never cut properly

    Control PC was set up for an SR23 and all root folders were empty.

    Ill notify council of companys response. However, receipt of requested documents followed by careful review will allow me to provide the best response possible. Thank you

    Purchased a Camaster Stinger 1 SR24 CNC machine on 1/3/2022 for $11,074.00. I believe machine was delivered March-April 2022. ******* has never worked properly and all attempts to troubleshoot problems through tech support have not resolved the problem. Im no longer willing to waste any more time trying to repair a new machine. I am owed a quality machine or a full refund for the purchase price of machine. Ill never be reimbursed for lost time associated with a faulty machine. Either fix the faulty machine or get it out of my shop and return $11,074.00 Thank you
