    Bought a tm64 niftylift they dropped it on delivery anfter 2 more weeks are more sent another one cost us alot of down time and sold me another lift had no choice we had lost a month furthermore they charged me shipping and someone claimed it on insurance im sure we got nothing but behind with finance company and cant catch up was not prepared to go in the hole to purchase from them need a resolution ******************* not easy to work with there

    The 2021 Niftylift TM64 that unfortunately fell off the truck when being delivered, sits in the same condition as it was in last year. We didnt receive any funds from the insurance company until March of 2023. The insurance company gave us $27,000 for the losses we've incurred -we've been unable to repair the unit due to component shortfalls that means we're still out $50,000.  It's important you understand this as we have not made or profited off the events surrounding your purchase. 

    We understand you're a small business,like ourselves. We did what we thought best considering the circumstances, get you a new machine as fast as possible in a market with limited availability. 15 days passed between the time the initial unit fell off the truck and when you received your replacement machine. At the time, we hadn't even begun to understand whether or not the insurance company would cover any losses. We jumped into action and made sure you had machine as fast as was possible. Even in todays market, I'm not sure we could get a machine turned back around to a customer that quickly. We did what we thought was right by our customer - and didn't get buried in waiting for an insurance claim to play itself out - which ultimately took 200 days to resolve. 

    We are willing to compensate you for freight you feel you shouldn't have paid and downtime. We just need to come to an agreement that's fair and reasonable.
