    Went under contract with his builder in May 2022, house was never completed nor started on the property listed under contract. Builder defaulted per contract, but refuses to return ******* money as he feels entitled to keep it following contract, went to arbitration with lawyer and won. Builders still refuses to acknowledge award in which the court had to legally sign from a judge. Builder is still ignoring court order to refund any money and is incurred over $30k in lawyer fees on top of the additional 10% ($84k) required as down payment for a house would highly recommend never engaging with this builder as others have listed similar complaints across court filings in other counties, where hes listed currently being sued and from BBB complaint

    We have a residential building contract with this Contractor. The construction was suppose to start Oct 2021 and be completed May 2022. The house is only 50% done. He said he is not doing any more work til he talks to our lender. He does not communicate well at all. He lies, He has went over budget, He is charging us more money for sub contractors mess **** one example is the framers didnt do window frame or door frame right so they wouldnt fit, then charged us for the framers to come back out and fix framing so they would fit), things that dont pertain to our house, and a port a **** that has just been sitting there for no reason. Plus, because of their delay our permits (that have already been paid for) have expired. This is just a break down of it.
