    I ordered a police record check on myself from IL because I lost my Drivers Licence. Tennessee requires a police record check to show there is no open charges and that the Licence is still valid. I paid $39.95 for the check on 9/15/2022 and still havent received anything. Please send PRC or money back asap!!

    Hello

    I wish the customer had contacted us instead of filing a complaint here.  The record was sent out to the email that was provided on the order form and since we did not hear anything back, we had no idea he had not recieved it.   I have attacdhed two documents showing the reciept and the email with the record attached.  We did not attach the actual record for privacy.

    They took my money for my driving record report but never gave me the product I paid for. I dont work like this. I paid for a product/service.

    The customer had not completed all the verification steps we are required to go through in order to release a driving record.  We cannot release personal information without the verification, however if a customer prefers not to provide it we refund the purchase.   Once the customer asked for a refund, we voided the charge within about 30 mins.

    I ordered DMV records on two separate occasions. Neither time received anything. They advertise results in minutes. Both times I waited 10 hours and got nothing. Unfortunately, there are not that many records companies to choose from. People buy because people expect what is advertised.

    Customer ordered a record  and due to a technical delay from the state, we could not deliver the record withing the expected time frame.  When the customer contacted us we apologized for the delay and  immediately voided the charge to the card.  Customer made the same order again, and again contacted us with the same complaint, we again refunded him, however he had already filed this complaint here.

    I paid for my driving record but I've received nothing. Id like an answer to why I haven't received what I paid for. I need it by tomorrow afternoon at noon. This kind of BS is wrong. I have now read complaints about this company and I wish I would have checked first.. How is it that they continue to stay in business with kind of service? Its wrong. GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR!!

    We have refunded the customer.  Unfortunately we had a technical issue with his record and did not deliver it on time.
