    We currently live in one of there properties and they are slum lords. My house is invested with mold and roaches. I called several times and reported both things. Several times no one cares. The property manager is unprofessional and lazy like the rest of the staff at the office. They have 2 men working maintenance over 7 properties. Who are also lazy and unprofessional. They should not be able to rent out nasty infested apartments to families and get away with no doing anything about it. I would never recommend anyone to move here. My apartment is falling apart. My stove is broken the bathroom drawers are falling apart, Mold is everywhere and roaches are taking over my home. Our entire complex is infested and the property wants tenants to be responsible for pest control. Run save your money. They dont care about the conditions we live in they only care about getting paid.They want you to revamp your entire apt before moving out so lazy maintenance has to do nothing for the next person to move in the trash. ******* is the property manager she acts clueless when you call and complain about the conditions of these units. Im sure her home does not have mold or bugs so idk why she feels like families who work hard should.
