Early November, I saw an add on ******** Marketplace for a used camper. The poster was an employee of Georgia RV Outlet. I went to the business to purchase the camper. I had surgery in late November and didn't realize until February that I had not received the title. I started calling. *****, who handles the titles was VERY hard to reach by phone and did not answer my emails. When I finally spoke to her, she said they had lost the title and had to get a new one. It is now mid-June. Still no title. One of the owners, *** ********, replied to an email I sent this week, saying it would be a few more weeks. They have not offered any sort of compensation for this. I can't get a tag or drive this legally until I get that title. Horrible service!Initial Complaint

The end of March 2025 I purchased an ** from this company and they use my out-of-state license and said they would send the registration to the state and I would get the license plate etc from them. Since then I have repeatedly asked about my title about my registration and I have got silence. I have tried speaking to ***** ***** who I dealt with I have tried speaking to ***** ******** who is the title clerk I have tried speaking to ***** ******** who is a general manager I tried dealing with ***** who did the paperwork with me on the day of the sales and I just recently sent in the mail the paperwork and money orders to the State of Arizona to get my title and registration even though this company has not assisted me. They knew at the time of the sale that the jacks under the ** needed work and they said to bring it in 3 days later which I did and they didn't have the parts and now after all this time has passed I can't put it on the road to take it to get worked on because of no title and no registration on this vehicle .I need it worked on and I need my title and registration and this thing is paid for that same dayInitial Complaint

I bought a Wildwood FSX 170SSX camper in November of 2023, paid $17000. for it. when I went to pick it there was a slide problem t was told to come back the next day. Came back the next day was told it was fixed checked the slide seemed ok. Didn't use the camper till May 2024. Took a trip out west started having trouble with the slide on 3rd day by 5th day had to turn around and come home. called ************ was told to bring it back. they looked at it and said they would fix it if I paid for half the parts. paid them $300 on June 20th. Checked back approximately 3 weeks later was told parts were on order this same day an employee made the statement I told them they should have never let that camper out of here like that. I tried to be patient I ended up making several trips there from my home which was 60miles round trip because the owners would not call me back when I called. I finally tried to trade for a camper they were asking $13000 for, this same day I mentioned to an employee that one of them had said it was broke when it left, this employee asked if it was them who told me that, it wasn't but this told me if they didn't know it wasn't them they did know the camper wasn't right when it left. after 5 months of being jacked around on Oct. 18th *** one of the owners sat down with me informed me they would not trade with me and their man couldn't fix it. At that time he said they would get someone else to come that could fix it, but I would have to pay for half of the rest of the cost. I agreed. Over two weeks later I went back and checked on it. I was told the parts were ordered but they didn't know when this other guy could get to it. After over 5 and a half months I lost my cool and did exactly what I think they wanted me to do, because my trailer was being left outside I told them what I thought and took my trailer with me. The trailer is now at my home under shed in worse shape than when they got it. It is useless as it is.Initial Complaint

In July of 2024 we contacted Georgia RV outlet about a camper. We put down a $1,000 deposit to hold it until our estimates house closing date of Aug2-5th was the time frame. We made *****, the salesman, aware of this. He said that was fine and we authorized them to charge the card. The next day they called us telling us they cannot hold it until the agreed upon date due to a mistake on Devons part (they dont hold for that long apparently). They then tried to get us to give them more money. We said we would not be doing that and that we had made an agreement that it would be held until our house closed for $1,000. They agreed to this. Our house ended up being delayed, and I was sent out as an emergency responder to a storm disaster zone at the time we had agreed on. I attempted to renegotiated with them as it is out of my control when disasters strike. I attempted to finance the camper instead of bring in cash, as I was not able to be there due to being called to respond to this hurricane. There was no agreement made up that I signed that said I would pay in cash, just that I would purchase the camper. So I got with the finance man and attempted to finance the camper. Given my credit they were unable to finance me and the finance man said that I would be able to get a refund as we could not finance me. When the refund never arrived I called and was told to get a lawyer as they would not refund my money. Their own policies states that if I cannot obtain financing that the refund would be deposited. I would just like my $1,000 back to save everyone the additional time, and funds, in court fees to bring them to court to get it back. There is no signed contracts given to me that states this deposit was not refundable when financing was denied, we were only told by the finance guy over the phone that the money will be refunded now because they couldnt finance us. There are no contracts/paperwork given to me at all beside a CC authorization that I no longer have accessInitial Complaint

Hello,My *********** purchased a travel trailer in April, 2022 from this dealership. We of course bought the travel trailer "as is" however the salesman stated that if anything is wrong with the unit to please let them know. We went on one camping trip and the air condition unit literally fell out. It would not cool like it was supposed to. I called the dealership and they said to bring it in for repairs. They kept the unit for 2 months and finally called for us to pick up. They had done absolutely nothing to repair. We were then told that there was nothing they could do. Due to having a hard time finding a repair facility (we live in rural Georgia), we are just now getting the unit in for repairs. The estimate to repair is over $8,000. The repairman told us he had never seen such awful attempt at trying to fix the travel trailer. They ended up having to completely fix the roof and air conditioner. I have attached the estimate from the repair shop, along with pictures. I have contacted the dealership via phone/text/emails to many times to count as well as emailed them the repair estimate. This has been so frustrating and now we are having to come up with $8,000 for repairs. Please help.Sincerely,***** & ***********************Initial Complaint

We live in ** and purchased an RV in good faith from Georgia RV Outlet on 8/23/2022. We have been trying to get a title for it ever since. When we call they say their working on it and give us one excuse after another. We feel this has gone on long enough without results, hence our complaint to you. We feel that if they honored their customers this would have been done long before now. Thank you for all you do.Initial Complaint

On 11/1/22 I went to look at a camper. An employee (*****) showed me the camper, and verbally stated that the camper had no leaks/water damage. I was also told that if anything needed repair, they would fix it. On 11/18 I went back, paid $500 deposit for an inspection, and was told they would make sure everything worked, and make any repairs needed. I noticed two places with water damage - a storage area, and bedroom wall. They said their ********* would repair it. Upon visual inspection, new paneling had been placed in those areas. I purchased camper on 11/26 for $11995 and brought the camper home on 12/3. I was removing the wallpaper border and found water damage next to the slide. I thought this was a small repair, and on 12/12, a certified repair company came to look. He found additional water damaged areas and moved the camper on 12/19 to his shop to work on it. At the shop, we found more extensive damage than we originally thought - entire walls needed to be replaced. On 12/28 more damage found - black mold and rotten wood (see images). The repair that Georgia RV Outlet completed in storage area was a new piece of paneling over the rotten old piece (see images). I started trying to call the outlet on 1/7/23. I was told the owner would be in touch. The owner never called; I called office 7x before finally speaking with owner (****) on 1/17. I expressed my concerns, and I was informed that I had waited too long to let them know about the problem, and that there was nothing they could do at this time. He stated I should have brought the camper back when I first saw the problem and not called a repair company. However it is hard to trust someone to fix a problem they tried to cover up. I do not want GA RV Outlet to repair the damage, as they did not repair it correctly the first time, however I would like them to pay for the repairs and the inconvenience they have caused. I bought this camper planning to live in it and have been delayed by two months.
