went to see my ***** ***** civic at bulldog towing that they demanded payment for after it was reported stolen on this last Tuesday. investigator told me it was towed there. i did not ask bulldog towing for their service! when i saw my car, it was totally stripped inside and out, was told that is the way they found it. but, my crowbar was right outside the trunk and it made me a little suspicious. talked to a few of my friends and they said this business did them the same way. i told him i could not pay his fee of $350 the day after he retrieved it and he said I'LL see you at magistrate ! i heard from friends it goes to magistrate client cant pay, he gets the title and sells it for parts...told him my car was STOLEN and he said that is the way it goes. ***** ****** of Cartersville was involved in the theft of my car and there is no warrant or arrest of him. seems like if any body should pay, it should be him because **** did a positive ID from camera footage from the ***************** in ************!

the Georgia Code, specifically O.C.G.A. 40-6-206, outlines when law enforcement officers can tow vehicles; we, Bulldog Towing recieved this 911 call on 3/13/25 @ 11:53am we were dispatched to come and remove stolen vehicle 1995 ***** Civic; upon arrival to a seculed area difficult to get to; we located said vehicle refereneced above; mattress(s) were on top of the vehicle; along with other items that had to be removed pictures were taken of the scene then the    vehicle was  loaded onto tow  truck for safe removal. Upon loading vehicle it was removed and taken to storage/impound lot. It has been here since; this is a impound stolen vehicle; their are no repairs; no refunds. I allowed him to retrieve all of his belongings. that were still in vehicle It is owners responsibility to pay the fees for our services; he would have receive compensation or restitution from the person who took vehicle. If owner had full covergae the insurance company  would have picked up his vehicle; the insurance company would had paid or  reimbursed the  owner; and paid the towing and storage fees for ************ Since vehicle owner did not have full covarge insurance and only had liability insurance on the vehicle is not fully covered;therefore the owner is responsibile for all of the fees due.
