    Had my car towed yesterday from Styles auto care to Carmax in ********. I called in at 11am yesterday (8/5/22) and spoke with the nicest lady about picking up my 2014 ***** 6. She said that it would be an hour or two before the car was picked up. I called back again at 2 thinking I may have forgotten to give them my number since I had not heard from them and she said theyve not picked it up yet, I understood and she confirmed my phone number. Upon arriving to my vehicle today (8/6/22) the entire back windshield was shattered. I called this company and a man answered (couldnt understand his name) and seemed already irritated. I told him that I had my car towed and the back windshield is shattered, I didnt get to finish my sentence before he loudly starts exclaiming that WE WOULD NEVER DO THAT THAT WAS NOT US and just keep repeating this. I then ask for a condition report or a BOL (this is what every single tow company Ive ever come into contact does) and he says we dont do that and continues on that its not his fault. He then says there I sent photos, I wait and never receive them. I myself did not want to call the angry man back so my husband does. Immediately after he says my wife called maybe 20 minutes ago about our car de**vered yesterday and the man starts cussing him out and hangs up. My husband tried to call back a few times and each time was hung up on each time. A few minutes later I get a call from **** the tow truck driver and the first sentence out of his mouth is heard someone wanted a free windshield I said no, I wanted a condition report and photos of my car at pickup and de**very. Well we dont do that, I dont know what to tell ya. I was told next that they only take photos of damage that is pre existing..well the front bumper on this car is all beat up so Im not sure why **** didnt take note of that as well.**** left my car on so the battery was dead when I got to carmax and my car was practically driven on the curb.
