      On 9/27/2024 had my car in for repairs at my dealership *********** ****** to repair an issue I had with the engine cutting off due to an intake valve. Left the facility with the car in working order and needed to gas up. I went to Love's Travel to gas up at 17:24 on 9/27/24 putting ***** gallons of gas from pump 11 and paid $34.54. Left there and stopped at my storage facility located on the corner of ********** and **************** and the car started acting up like the engine wanted to cut off. I immediately went home because the dealership was closed and first thing Saturday I got it back to *********** ****** and they determined the gas I purchased was 80% water and 20 percent gas. They wrote up a report and provided a sample of the gas and advised me to contact whoever sold it to me to get compensation for the more than $500 it cost to fix. Because it was Saturday I had to wait until Monday to call Love's customer service and spoke with ****** at ************ and she took a couple of days, and then when I spoke with her regarding their conclusion, she stated they determined it wasn't their problem because nobody else complained to them about the gas being bad. If they had sold bad gas, then they would have more than just me complain about it. I admit I was furious at the implication that they thought I was making up some story for who knows what reason. I have now calmed down and I want a refund for the bad gas I purchased and they money that I had to pay to get my car repaired due to the bad gas. I also want people to be made aware of their practices regarding such incidents. I have my gas receipt, the findings of the dealership as well as the sample of gas that I purchased for verification purposes
