    I purchased a HVAC system from Haynes and was told that was all I needed They told me that was all I needed and was never told I needed to also buy an extended warranty for labor Furnace was not needed according to salesman Unit was not working correctly so company had to put in a new furnace that they wanted me to pay for I had to argue with them to get it paid for by the installation company (Haynes)After they realized it was proper for them to make it right, they did so Its only been two years and they have been back to tweak unit to work properly They have worked on another unit they werent responsible for and I have paid them every time They are now saying that I need to pay them around $1000.00 to repair the new unit because parts have broken and only parts are being paid for by warranty NO ONE told me that I would have to pay for labor this soon This is unacceptable to me Manager (******) is telling me that I only want something free I want a professional repair and a honorable company I am not getting this

    Partial unit was installed in 2023 and we provided a Free furnace unit shortly thereafter at no charge as it was faulty.  Unit has a Parts warranty through the manufacturer but no warranty to pay for the labor needed to fix the issue  Manufacturer will only pay for the broken part.  Client has been advised of the discounted labor rate so we can remedy the issue. Their concern is that our employees caused the issue but its a part thats broken so thats subjective at best. We want to help and have offered our support.  Unit was installed almost 2 years ago and has worked.  We offer a 1 year no hassle warranty including labor for craftsmanship. This is indicated on the clients invoice.

    Purchased a new HVAC system from Haynes ***************************** Upon day on delivery and installation they were late when they got here they explained it was because they were waiting on everything to arrive. They informed me that they didn't get what I was supposed to have installed per ****** the same person who sold us the product as well as who was there to install new unit. He told me this was a bigger one do I was getting a better deal. Upon installation they cut a hole into the flooring and left it not filled in and now I had copper hosing outside of the original space I was told everything would go back into. There solution was to cover it with some plastic called lines set. I was not happy voiced my complaints. Nothing done about it. In fact it was two different styles they didn't even match up. I had to call and complain that year 2022 that not cooling. I again had to have them come out again in 2023 not cooling. Then again this year. Their new solution was to install a bigger return air vent. Still not helping. Every time it's a different round around. I spent well over 7400 and am still not happy. The last technician out ******************* said it was a bad install and to use his name as a reference and to file with you all to get resolution.

    This customer had an opportunity when her unit was installed where the return duct was not large enough. This caused her unit to not cool her home appropriately. Upon learning of this - we sent one of our dual certified technicians in installation and service to her home, *******************. When **** discovered this - it was immediately corrected. With the new return duct the customer has seen an 11 (eleven) degree improvement in her home. This complaint is without warrant or merit and we ask that it be dismissed forthwith. Please let me know of any further information required from us.

    Haynes Heating and Air came to clean duct work on December 20, 2022. After the employee finished and left, I looked into a few vents to see if they were clean. The vents still had trash (hair, leaves, dirt, and rat feces) in them. I contacted the company immediately and the employee returned to my home and saw the trash still in the vents. The employee offered to redo the job. I told him no because he should have done it right the first time and there is no way he would not have seen the trash when he put the vent covers back on. I was aggravated and did not want him in my house. A manager called and came back out later in the afternoon to see the trash left in the vents. The manager argued with me about ****************************************************************** the vents after they cleaned them. After arguing, he offered to come back himself to clean. I told him no I would just like a refund. The manager said he was not authorized to give refund and he would have to speak with the owner and let me know. He took pictures before he left. Upon him leaving, I pulled the rest of the vents and took video inside the vents and sent them to him. He texted received and stated the earliest he could get back to me would be Dec 21, 2022. I considered letting them come back and clean the vents but now I have not heard back from him and just want a refund.
