    ***************** has assigned them to replace my heat pump two months ago and still waiting. Absolutely no communication and they have blocked my phone number.

    Schedule appointment with and never showed up but said they did.

    They have HORRIBLE customer service from the time they scheduled the appointment to the time they came out. They were sent out by American Home Shield. They wouldnt return my calls or text regarding my appointment. The service ***************** came to my door and didnt even ring my doorbell I know because I didnt hear it and I Have cameras and ring which sends notifications! They sent a message stating I would receive a call/text prior to coming which didnt happen. They arrived and sent a text saying he was there. I dont think he was there when he sent the text because he wasnt there when I got downstairs. It doesnt take that long to get downstairs. Lets not forget that this company dont answer calls or return calls. Home shield will be hearing about this! Im appalled they send horrible contractors such as this to people homes.

    They stated that they completed the job when I have the technician on my home cameras being at my home for 2 minutes without a call to let me know that he was there and left. The service request stated that the job was in progress and he wasnt even here. He took pictures of my mailbox and my house and got in his truck to leave. Ive never in my life expected this to happen. Its 90 plus degrees in my house and we have to call the home warranty company to get our money back for them lying about servicing our home.
