My car and transmission has been sitting at both locations on Watson and Elberta for a year and 8 months . I have been going by the shops looking Logan he's never there and texting. He was responding but now he is not answering my calls or replying to text. I did speak face to face with a couple employees that was at the shop but they had no information. My car is still not fixed , no reply to voicemail or text . I need my car fixed or released

I took my truck there to have a transmission leak fixed. i dropped the truck off and he wasn't even there and was told he was never there by someone who works in the same building at that time i should have left with the truck so i had to parked the truck around back and leave the keys in it he messaged that afternoon saying what was wrong with it that all the seals needed to be replaced and the seals was dry and leaking and was leaking from several places even though it was just leaking from the tail end when i dropped it off and when i noticed it was leaking . He said he could have it done by Friday when i asked him how long i was getting my son for the weekend and was my only vehicle at that time.. come Friday he messaged saying he wouldn't be able to get it done by then and i could bring it back Monday or leave it there.. i left it there because I didn't want to drive it more and mess it up worse.. the next week i got a message about the trans case being cracked and needed welded up so i had it welded by his guy cost 200$ for a 3-4 inch crack. When he finaly messaged me he was done it was a total of 1200$ and that he said it was ready and i could come get it. when I got there it wasn't done. I waited 2 hours and they wanted me to come back the next day to finish putting it together. While there the guy put fluid in the trans and it leaked every where that what happens when you dont put a trans pan gasket on. Once i got it back that time the exhaust was messed up and had to take it back yet again to have it fixed by his exhaust guy which said there was a 1/2 gap between the header and exhaust.. after having it fixed a week later the trans started slipping and when i messaged him about he said it was like that when I brought it in just like he did with the exhaust . I asked for my money back and he said I wasn't going to get my money back and that i was trying to con him that if I wanted a slipping trans fixed i had to pay for it and called me a *******.

The customer brought the truck in only wanting to fix the leak. It was pouring fluid out as fast as you could pour it in and he drove it to the shop. At the time I advised the customer we needed to remove the transmission and replace all the seals. After we got it out we noticed that the tail housing wasn't only cracked but it was completely broken off. We then sent the transmission off to a welding shop to get the aluminum case welded. He did have to bring it back for a exhaust issue which we took care of right away and got him on the road. He then messaged me a week or more later saying the transmission was slipping. I said we didn't rebuild the transmission which would of cost a lot more, all we did was fix your leaks. He didn't want to spend any more money to rebuild it even after I offered to give him credit for the money he spent on the leaks. He continued to blame us that it was slipping even after he left the shop and drove it for over a week saying it was fine. I tried to tell him if we rebuild the transmission it would warranty an internal repair , but since all we did was fix the leaks we couldn't warranty the inside of the transmission. I also tried to explain that if it was something we did he would of noticed right away kinda like when you get your oil changed and they forget to put oil in it. The engine would be knocking right away not a week later. He didn't want to listen and continued to blame us for the issue. Again, I offered to give him credit on the repair he paid for if he wanted us to rebuild the transmission which is what it needed if it was slipping. It wasn't slipping when it left and I can't control what happens to a vehicle in the future after it leaves the shop. If he would of payed for a rebuild instead of just to fix the leaks then he would of had a full warranty covering the whole transmission in and out for a year and not just the external seals.

I took my daughter's car there for a new transmission. It took months before receiving the vehicle back. While driving the vehicle my daughter experienced transmission stalling and the transmission was leaking fluid. So I found out that an o ring was missing on the fluid line connection. After driving for about a couple of months transmission began stalling and jerking. Return the vehicle since it was covered under the part and labor mileage warranty. This is supposed to be a new transmission by the way. Now it has been over 6 months and no work has been done to the vehicle. The few times I have spoken to the owner it is always empty promises!!!!

I would be glad to help if I had a little more info. I don't have that name in my system so I can't put the name with the vehicle. Please let me know which vehicle you are referring to and we can make arrangements to get your vehicle fixed and back to you.

I had the front end rebuilt on my 4wd truck. It was lifted from the factory. When i picked up my truck the front end was almost on the axle. Mr Simmons assistant told me that it matched factory specs. I had to go to a dealership and learn how to level my truck my self. Luckily they did not remove any parts. He used to be honest, but i don't know what has happened.

If we didn't remove any parts how did we cause an issue? Please contact me and let me know exactly what happened? Did the work we did not work as described? Did something make noise after repair? Did something come apart while driving it? Did we or did we not replace any parts? If so, we're all the parts installed correctly you just had a minor issue with the leveling of your truck? If that was the issue we're you able to drive it afterwards or was the repair so bad that it was not drivable?

DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAR TO THESE CROOKS. RUN!!

Here is the scam. The phone number will never be answered. The shop phone number goes to Logan Simmons' cell. He will call you back and tell you he can get your car done in a week. "He needs the cash up front for parts"...You will never see the ghost though. Their credit card machine is "broken" though and he will ask for the money through Cashapp. That is the last you'll ever hear from Logan again. Your number will be blocked. You can call and leave another message from a different number and pretend you are a different potential customer and he will call you right back.

I caught his dad Ronnie Simmons in the shop one day and eventually he told me who he was. He almost broke down telling the story about how he wanted to retire and leave the company to his son Logan but his drug problem has driven the company into the ground so he's back from retirement to "make things right". I was wearing my military uniform when Ronnie looked me in the eyes, shook my hand, and promised me he would make this right. I fell for it. He has now blocked me too and turned into a ghost.

My 15yo son worked for a year to get this car and save $4000 to fix the transmission so he could have a ride when he turned 16. He's been 16 for two months now. It's been 4 months since this disaster started.

RUN! If you don't believe me, stop on by the Warner Robins Police Department and ask how many cases have been run against this *** company this year.

This is not over Logan and Ronnie Simmons.
