    I initially had many talks with the sales consultant ** about using stem cells to regrow hair. This initially made me feel comfortable because a licensed medical doctor was backing this named Dr. ******* *******. They used stem cell exosomes to regrow my hair and told me that they were approved by the ***. Eventhough stem cells are approved by the ***. The way that the company used the stem cell exosomes was NOT *** approved. I received the treatment on Nov 26, 2024. My hair is continue to shed and its been a little over 4 months and no re growth. i have reached out to ******* who works for Springs rejuvenation to remedy my concern and he told me he would be back in contact with me. That call was on March 21st and still no contact.

    We have reviewed both the call and contract for the patient. During the call zero claim was made for *** approval of the therapy. The contract clearly states to allow 12 months for procedure results.

    This patient is still under a 12 month contract for their procedure and has elected for refund within the first couple months. Zero of her claims have been based on a single piece of evidence.

    I was told by the salesperson, two doctors, and a receptionist that if the stem cells for hair growth were still new, I could get my money back if I was not satisfied. I had the procedure done on Nov 9, 2023. After a year of waiting for my hair to grow back, no growth has occurred at all. I went back and asked for a refund on my money. I was told by the receptionist and the person in charge on February 27, 2025, that I would get my refund as promised and that I would see it back in my credit card in one week. when two weeks pass. I called. I was told that the ********************* would issue the refund. and was given a number to call. The ********************* said that in their agreement, no clause talks about refunds, and they refused to refund the amount of $9,800. If there is no clause of any kind, then I should get my money as promised by the doctor *** did the procedure. I was told to go back and try again. I told them that I was not going to wait another year to see results. Can you help me get my money back? This did not work for me as promised by both the doctor and sales person.

    There is a signed contract which clearly states if the patient is unsatisfied with the initial procedure we will provide another one at no cost. At no place in the signed agreement is a refund stated.
