      We have stayed at the Murray lodge for four months. Our original agreement was that we would pay every Monday and stay from Monday to Monday. Every week they knock on our door on Friday trying to get us to pay our rent and sign contracts that false advise as well as the contracts state that our check out time would be on Friday. Every week they then make me walk to the office to check the note in the system, once they see the note they then call the boss to verify the note and state that it won’t happen again. However every Friday it still happens.
      Today the brought a rental agreement stating we would check in on the 19th when I told them that was not correct and that I wouldn’t sign it without the correct dates on it they said it’s “just for thier records” and “it doesn’t matter what the paper says because they know we pay on Monday” I refused to sign it because my checkout date wouldn’t be until the Monday following the Friday that was stated on the paper and they said in order for us to stay we’re required to sign the paper
      Basically trying to force us into signing false contracts every single week
      They’ve been told multiple times not to knock on my door on Fridays or bug me due to my work schedule yet they still continue to wake me and my children up very early every Friday
      The contacts also state that pets allowed we get access to a laundry mat and free wifi and cable are included and towels and wash rags ect are provided. however the wifi doesn’t reach over half the rooms nor does the cable work in most And The laundry matt has been closed down since before we moved inAnd we were never provided any type of towels or wash clothes. We even had to purchase our own shower curtain because there wasn’t one in the room when we got here They’re overcharging everyone for these services we’re not getting
      We’re also supposed to be able to get our mail here however they tell us to get a PO Box and that any mail sent here would be thrown away wont let me have my pet
