On December 14, 2022 I paid ******* ********* in the presence of his son ****** ********* $4100 cash in the parking lot of the **** ****t in Dalton, GA as an upfront 60% payment for the building of a 10x10 addition to an existing structure. Since Dec 14, 2022 to Feb 21, 2023 approximately 2.5 months in length I received promise after promise, or lie after lie, that ******* would get to my structure. Though rainy in January he had three distinct opportunities of 4-5 nice straight weather days to get to the job, this during the end of December and throughout February yet he never showed up. When I asked for my money back due to him not fulfilling the job he was hired to do he ignored my messages and never responded that I wanted my $4100 returned for a job never completed.

They have ghosted me and seem to act like it never happened. Obviously they are skilled in this and have done it to others before.

Hand written and verbal contract with Amber and Anthony Littleton August 2022, for work on my house to fix all rotten places in kitchen with new van tec and then lay LVP new floor all in kitchen, living room, hall and utility room. Replace back deck and side deck with all new pressure treated wood and rails and steps. Added a cover for free over back deck day of work. I agreed to pay $7000. Started work on August 11 and worked on August 12. I complained about them not fixing the big rotten place in floor good and not fixing the other rotten place at all, just put the new flooring over top of it. I complained to them about where they pulled the old decks off it pulled the rotten wood off the house where the decks were nailed to, they just nailed new decks into rotten wood that was left. The kitchen floor was higher than the living floor where they meet and I told them that was not going work the flooring would not hold and come apart and it has. They disagreed with me and dismissed me while doing this bad work on my floors. I was told they would fix and replace the rotten thresholds under the doors to the decks and put new outside trim around doors because it was rotten. On August 12 they said they would come back on Monday August 15 and put down quarter round, the metal plates that goes on doorways, fix the outside door thresholds, put tar paper on top of little roof over back deck, caulk and seal the flooring that come loose over the rotten spot that wasn’t fixed. Asked money to pay for supplies and pay workers I paid $7,000 in cash. On August 15 I called to see if they were coming and Amber said they were waiting for quarter round to come in. They put my me off and made excuses until September 21 I called Anthony, he said he would come out the next day which he did. I showed him where flooring was coming apart and he said all of living room flooring would have to be taken up and plywood put down to even up floors and the flooring put back down. Never came back.
