    Gave them a deposit of half the quoted price in January of $2,000. He said we were next in line because our field lines had failed and were flooding our yard. Couple weeks go by and kept reaching out asking for a time update. He kept giving us the run around about getting caught up on other jobs, not having enough people, blah blah blah. He would say he was in his truck on his way to our property and never shoe. That happened every week for about 2 months. Finally after saying we wanted our money back to go elsewhere after waiting over 3 months, he did the job. The field lines were in standing water and somehow "passed" inspection. We are still having the exact same problem.
    We haven't had rain in over 3 weeks, so we got him to come out and look at the problem to correct his job. He said he wanted to wait until a good rain to see how the water perculates. Just another excuse to not do it correctly. So we are now looking at getting quotes elsewhere to spend more money to fix the issue.

    1. Took 1 1/2 months to rough-in 2 bathrooms; continually lied & made excuses for time frame.
    2. All plumbing failed the inspection & had to be completely redone by a different plumber (took him 2 days).
    3. Told us he could pull permits in TN- turns out he can’t and he had another plumber get the permit (illegal).
    4. Asked for a refund for the money we had paid him and was given more excuses and no refund.

    These guys worked their butts off! Out here all day every day for almost a week trying to figure out my extremely crazy well situation. The owner happened to be here when my dad had a seizure and I was at work, he called 911 and was with him the entire time. I can’t thank this company enough, and will always be my first call for anything to do with my property. 15/10 recommend!!
