      On 1/13/25 We hired Delta Transport to disconnect and move a Mobile home. They charged $6500. They neglected to disconnect the electrical components and just jerked everything out of the ground when they pulled out with the unit. The service panel was completely pulled out of the wall of the home. As a result, I had to have the home completely rewired from front to back. This cost me $4200. Not to mention two broken windows and the drywall was completely ruined throughout the entire house. It had to be completely remodeled which cost an additional $10,000. I have been in touch with the company on several occasions with no satisfaction. All that I am asking for is that they cover the cost of the electrical to be replaced. They will not return my calls or emails.

      *** ******: My name is ***** ******** Im the owner of Delta Transport & Management Inc. We have been in business for 31 years, Upon moving the home ******** ******** spoke with Mr. ****** and told him that Delta is not responsible  for any electrical nor trim and A/C on the home. So the customer was told that they were responsbile for electrical because we are not license . ******** is over the transport and moving of the home. He also gave the 700.00 back from what they were to pay because the home was a older home with a room built in it. He gave customer the money back because customer said he did not understand about the electrical and trim and A/C. So ******** took off 700.00 dollars off of the bill. Customer at the time was satisfied. Also the customer is making a big deal about having to install the installation permit. On used homes Delta waits to give customer there Installation permit due to Delta making sure they get paid for the job. We are very sorry that the customer is dissatisfied but they were told up front about the electrical that we were not responsible in any way. Also *** ****** the customer paid us 6500.00 for the pull and set up of the home, the amount the customer wants me to write her a check for is 4200.00. On something that they were told up front was there responsibility.

      I have read her statement and she is totally wrong on what the bill was it was 7200.00 for our part and we gave them 700.00 dollar back, Also we are talking about a older mobile home, when you move these homes you are going to have damage with sheetrock cracking and also sometime windows cracking.

      Good morning just wanted to let you know we have spoke to the electrician and the owner where the trailer was moved from. They both said they would be willing to make statements about the electrical damage that was done.
