    About 3 months ago I went into the Ten Roof to have a T-shirt design made. It costed 18 dollars. I gave then 20 dollars witch include a 2 dollar tip. They said it wood take 2 weeks, but they never have it when I come in to git it. It's been 3 months and they still won't provide me with it or give me a refund. They did not even give me a reseet. I am disabled and 18 dollars due not sound like a lot of money, but for me it is.

    In response to the complaint filed by *******************************, I will begin with the day the order was taken. He entered the store on October 13 with the smell of alcohol and spoke to my daughter in law asking to have a shirt made with dogs playing poker on the front of shirt. As he was about to leave he added "I want it to say, lick her in the front poke her in the back'. She offered him a receipt and he said "no he didn't need one'. When I received the order I chose to not create such a vulgar shirt in my shop. Numerous phone calls have been placed with no answer or response. The only response I got was from his voicemail stating, 'hey hey this is fat ****** ...go away'. If he would have answered his phone his money would have gladly been returned in full! I will be glad to get a cashiers check and mail it to his residence if that will be more convenient for ********************, I strive to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved within our ability.
