    On July 17, ************************************* stock. I was immediately charged for both items. Several days later, I was informed that one item was not in stock. It was indicated there would be a refund in 5 business days. That would be July 24. But there was no refund. Apparently they decide when to commence the 5 business days. On July 26 I received a partial refund. I was charged $77.95. But the refund was only $69. No explanation. So apparently I was charged $8.95 for something that was not in stock and we never received. These are extremely unusual business practices. On the verge of illegal. Bait and switch in not legal.*********************************** ***************************, Attorney at Law

    Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your recent order with us. We understand the frustration when expectations aren't met, and we want to address the issues you raised.We acknowledge that you placed an order on the evening of 07/17 for a ************* hose holder, which was in stock, and a set of bucket planters that were listed as retired with limited quantities available. As per our policy, we do not store credit card information, and all orders are charged at the time of placement. This is stated on our website.Upon processing your order on the 18th, we immediately sent a request to the manufacturer to ship the planter buckets. Unfortunately, we were notified later that day that the planters had sold out. On the 19th we emailed you of their unavailability, canceled them from your order and the credit was sent to our accounting department. Refunds typically take **** business days to be processed from the time we receive your item(s). In this case the credit was done within four business days on the 24th.We understand that the handling charge applied when the item was removed from your order came as a surprise, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused. Our website clearly states the handling charge for orders under $100, which helps us cover the substantial *** base cost, as shipping charges start at $11.95 for a one-pound package. We do our best to be transparent about this charge it is noted on every item priced below $100 on our website and in our order terms.Please know that it is never our intention to mislead our valued customers. We work diligently to provide clear and accurate information about our policies, and we are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for everyone. Your feedback highlights areas where we can further enhance our communication, and we will take your comments into account to improve our processes.
