Had a friend tell me to stay away they will cheat you still had them come out, for a quote they seemed ok then a day later after quoting the job saying they would call, still havent 2 days later. I go out to the outside air unit that has been turned off for 2 weeks still off on the thermostat and the fan is running on high frozen lines frozen in side outside unit and frozen on the inside unit. The fuse was flipped to make the fan run to try a burn out the unit. No air blowing in the house at all. When we cut it off had no problem air blew through the whole house it just wasnt cold. We have pictures of it frozen, they are identical to my buddies pictures from where they done the same to him they sold him a new coil a few days later overfilled his Freon to where it all leaked and then charged him to refill it again a few days later. And it is far from cheep. It is awful he needs to be shut down people already have an unexpected expense and then guys like this come out a just fill there pockets a put them in more debt!! I call another air guy with a good reputation to get him out and he has had three calls this week to come fix what **** from town creek air has tore up

I was just made aware of this review. I'm very sorry for your experience with our company! Sounds like a lot of confusion with steps taken in this review because it's everything our company doesn't approve of. A bad TXV will cause your system to freeze. Which was the diagnosis on your system. As for your friend and the refrigerant issue, if it was our fault we come back out for free, always have and always will. You we're not charged for a repair and your system wasn't expected to run the day we diagnosed it either. It's been my experience that if a friend opposes with a company that I am considering hiring, I usually take their advice. Sounds like neither you nor your friend really had a positive feeling about our company and not sure why you went with us in the first place given all the information in your review. **** is big on reviews and has thousands of them in for everywhere he goes so he knows the importance of customer service. Like I said I'm deeply sorry for your experience and hope any company you hire treats you well.
