We stayed in River Wild. Absolutely beautiful cabin and surroundings. Enjoyed our time there and had no major issues.

For a cabin at a premium price you expect a premium experience. When we arrived the place was absolutely filthy. We contacted management and they offered a free night and to send a cleaner. I didn't want someone in the cabin after all of our stuff was on site so our first part of the trip was to go to the ******* 15 miles away for cleaning supplies. We did accept the free night but only to extend the check out time. We spent hours cleaning and what was coming up on the paper towels was just shocking. The floors were not swept at all which tells me they also weren't mopped. There were food particles on the counter tops. The sheets had stains all over them, we requested new bedding and they did drop it off. The inside of the nice luxury tub had a scum line on it and was filled with blonde hairs. We finally had the place clean so then it was time to enjoy our vacation. We got into the hot tub that was supposed to be drained and cleaned prior to arrival and noticed there were floating biologicals all in the water and it smelled like a sewer. The cool LED lights from the booking photos didn't all work. The main ones above the fireplace did not work, not a great big deal but a let down nonetheless. I flipped the switch on and off and pointed the remote directly at the box above the fireplace with no avail. We stayed in one of the treehouse cabins because it was something fun and different. The inside build quality is just horrible. The amount of corners cut to get the job done is pitiful. It makes you wonder of the safety of the structure if the build is this shoddy. Also it definitely appears to have a water leak under the floor since there is water damage in the bathroom closet away from the shower and tub. When you step on the floor, water seeps out. High price with a low quality experience, we will not be returning to any Cedar Creek property.Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals

I rented a cabin with this Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals and paid hefty price for fully functional and CLEAN accommodation for our stay in ********* *******. Property was dirty all over ( I have photos to verify ) . Bedding unwashed with bodily fluid stains along with hair, dirty dishes, completely dirty windows, stove untouched by cleaners , kitchen hood malfunctioning , grill with mold and not to mention pest ( in the bathtub). This was not unique accident or oversight but rather systemic negligence. We could not move or leave the premise because we were with small children and there was no way to find another place at night ( merchant did not offer another location ) Management instead offered to send the cleaner to the place and would do it while we were inside the house after ***************************************** when we were gone and all belongings left inside. How could I trust anyone with our belongings if management could not even trust their own cleaning crew skills. Merchant refused any price adjustment as they believed they offered cleaning service but this property did not need cleaning but deep cleaning including pressure washing windows for visual : as if you ordered 4 by 4 SUV and instead you got horse buggy.Of Course mishaps can happen but when management offered 50 $ refund it sounded more like a slap in the face .. We're sorry this happened, **********. When you reported the issue the day after arrival, we offered to have a courtesy clean and maintenance go up but you refused. But when we went there, you had nothing to prove us of your claims. After the courtesy clean you said you were satisfied but then messaged us again. We did everything the best we can but you refused to work with us. We are disappointed this happened despite our efforts to make you happy..Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals

We stayed in the Bear Creek cabin it was one of the best cabins weve ever stayed in. The cabin was beautiful and had absolutely everything my family and I needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely book again soon!!!Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals

The best place we have stayed at. The atmosphere was incredible if you just want to relax and take some time to get away. The staff were all friendly and answered any questions I had. I plan on going back this winter.Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals
