The end results can only be accomplished with support all parties to get the project completed. As with any construction project, the time to complete a requested finish may be extended due to many factors, including materials that are not immediately available, special ordered items from vendors that are out of stock, weather delays that place hold on work, sub-contractor availability for scheduling, changes made by the homeowners or an area of the project that may need to be altered or adjusted due to logistics, health and welfare of personnel, including homeowners, vacation schedules and the location of the planned design. In the end TCT Construction tries to accommodate and complete the project without many setbacks, but some are or may be expected.

- TCT Construction provides a standard warranty for work that was provided. A 90-day period covers repairs, replacements and re-sets on items that may have been defective after installation. As in all projects, the work will need to be reviewed and inspected for any discrepancies by the company or his representative to allow for suggestions and and provide a solution to what needs to be done to correct.
